Singapore consults on ST Teleport-SpeedCast consolidation

The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) has launched consultations on the Short Form Consolidation Application involving ST Teleport and SpeedCast International. Back in November 2015, satellite telecommunications service provider SpeedCast has agreed to acquire ST Teleport, a satellite communications services provider based in Singapore.
