Singtel to invest SGD 45 mln to develop employee digital skills

Singapore operator Singtel plans to invest SGD 45 million over three years to develop the digital skills of its 12,600 employees in Singapore. The project, dubbed ACT, is designed to boost the development of employees' learning and skills, empower employees to co-create their skills pathways, as well as transform employee roles to ensure they remain relevant in the digital economy.
