Sinimex upgrades call-centre of Renaissance Credit bank

Russian company Sinimex has optimised a call centre for the Renaissance Credit bank, reports Cnews.ru. The CRM MS Dynamics management system of the call centre has been integrated with the internal call routing centre and the centre for electronic processing of Way4 payment cards. The integration has reduced staff workload at the call-centre.   

The CRM-system has been connected to various IP-telephony options.
