Six bidders do due diligence for Nasper's Allegro - report

Poland's biggest e-commerce platform Allegro is up for sale, reports Puls Biznesu. The South African concern Naspers, the owner of the company, has been preparing the sale for a long time and has now accepted six entities for due diligence. The list includes only one company from the sector, namely eBay, and then five private equity funds.
