SK, Ericsson demo software-defined telecom infra for 5G

South Korean operator SK Telecom, in partnership with Ericsson, has demonstrated a 'Software-Defined Telecommunications Infrastructure (SDTI)' based on Hyperscale Datacenter System 8000 on 20 June at '5G Playground,' the company's 5G technology innovation center located in Bundang, Korea.
