SK Telecom deploys AI Care service at 3,200 seniors living alone

South Korean operator SK Telecom has announced the results of Barun ICT Research Center's research on the performance of Artificial Intelligence Care (AI Care), which recently marked its one year anniversary. The report shows 7 out of 10 users are using AI speaker every day; and a total of 23 users were provided with emergency medical services by requesting for help via the AI speaker.
