SK Telecom invests USD 20 mln in Israeli medical imaging company Nanox

The Nanox ARC weighs 70 kilogrammes and is produced at a cost of USD 10,000 compared with a few million for a regular CT scanner. Nanox's business model allows broad distribution and accessibility, and will charge health providers with a pay-per-scan service model. The aim is preventive medical treatment via early detection as a new standard.
