SK Telecom, KT, LG Uplus launch work from home policy for 20,000 call center employees

South Korean operators SK Telecom, KT and LG Uplus have decided to let their call center employees work from home, to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic. Over 20,000 people work at the three operators' call centers across the country, The Korea Times reports. "We have decided to initiate the work from home policy for call center employees as public concern over safety has risen", said an unnamed SK Telecom official.
