SK Telecom, Nokia partner on quantum cryptography

South Korean operator SK Telecom and Nokia have agreed to cooperate in the quantum cryptography business. Under the terms of the deal, the two partners will conduct joint research and development activities to achieve interworking between SK Telecom's Quantum Key Distribution System (QKD) and Nokia's optical transport system by the second half of this year.
