SK Telecom participates in smart classroom project in China

Korean communications provider SK Telecom will participate in the smart classroom project of the Zhongqing Group, a Chinese education IT company. The two companies will combine their educational systems to set-up "smart classrooms" in four major Chinese cities, including Shanghai and Yantai, before end-October, BusinessKorea reports. SK Telecom's software system combines mobile device management features with smart learning features to allow teachers to remotely control tablet PCs of students, provide lectures and exchange questions via the tablet.
