SK Telecom sets up digital healthcare JV with Newlake Alliance

South Korean operator SK Telecom, in partnership with Korean private equity firm Newlake Alliance Management, has established a digital healthcare joint venture dubbed Invites Healthcare. SK Telecom created Invites Healthcare by spinning off its healthcare business unit and joining hands with partners with experience in the field.
