Sky, Amazon announce new original drama series Britannia

Sky and Amazon US have announced a major new original drama series called Britannia, the first co-production between the companies. The 10-part drama is set in 43AD as the Roman Imperial Army returns to subjugate the Celtic population of Britannia. It will air on Sky 1 in the UK and Ireland and be available on Amazon Prime Video in the US in 2017.
