Sky completes sale of Sky Betting & Gaming for GBP 635 million

UK entertainment group Sky has completed the sale of its 20 percent holding in online betting and gaming company Sky Betting & Gaming (SBG) to The Stars Group for a total of GBP 635 million. The deal was announced in April.
