Sky Deutschland adds Chromecast support to VoD app

German pay-TV operator Sky Deutschland has launched new iOS and Android apps for its online video library Snap, which costs EUR 3.99 per month. The new updated apps now offer support for Google Chromecast enabling customers to stream Snap content from their iPad, iPhone as well as Samsung Android smartphones and tablets to their TVs. The new Android app release also offers the "Bookmarking" function is now also possible for the supported selection of Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
