Sky Deutschland ends Q3 with 3.53 million subscribers

German pay-TV operator Sky Deutschland has reported revenue of EUR 392.7 million for Q3 2013, up 19 percent year-on-year, with EBITDA up 57 percent to EUR 29.2 million. ARPU for the quarter was up 6 percent from Q3 2012 to EUR 34.07. Nine-month revenues reached EUR 1.13 billion, up 16 percent, with 9-month EBITDA up by EUR 70.7 million to a positive EUR 71.8 million. Direct subscribers were up 76,000 in the quarter to reach 3.53 million, with wholesale subscribers up 155,800 to 280,000 (including Telekom's former Ligatotal IPTV and mobile customers). Sky+ customers were up 125,400 to 1.30
