Sky Germany adds new apps to TV Box

Sky Germany is offering customers access to five new apps via the streaming hardware Sky TV Box. The Facebook Photos and Videos app allows customers to view media content from their Facebook news feed or profiles on their TV. The Ted Talks app offers 2,000 educational lectures on a range of topics, while the Tastemade app provides cooking tips from cities worldwide. For younger viewers, the Happy Kids 2 app offers music and activities for children, while the Awesomeness TV app targets teenagers with beauty tips, sketches and YouTube videos.
