Sky Ireland challenges ComReg ruling on Eir infrastructure access

Sky Ireland has launched legal proceedings against telecoms regulator ComReg over changes to Eir's pricing structure for providing rival operators with access to fixed-line broadband infrastructure, reports the Irish Times.
