Sky is not preferred bidder for Rugby World Cup 2019 broadcast rights

Sky Television reports that it has been informed that it is not the preferred bidder for the New Zealand broadcast rights for Rugby World Cup 2019. Sky has also been notified that negotiations are underway with the preferred party, and Sky's bid remains in play should those negotiations fail.
