Sky Television CEO John Fellet to retire

Monday 26 March 2018 | 07:34 CET | News
John Fellet, CEO of New Zealand's Sky Television, has advised the board of his intention to retire later this year. "In order for the Board to commence a strategic succession process, I have indicated my desire to retire within the next 12 months", Fellet said. According to Sky chairman Peter Macourt, a global search process would be undertaken, including New Zealand-based and internal candidates. "John will be part of that search process, and has agreed to remain as CEO until his successor is found. John will continue to serve on the SKY Board after the transition is made."
