Sky to invest GBP 25 mln in companies looking to solve plastic crisis

Sky wants to invest in businesses and people seeking solutions to the oceans plastic crisis and to everyday plastic problems. Towards this end, the company has committed GBP 25 million into its new investment vehicle Sky Ocean Ventures. The idea is to scale up the commitment to GBP 100 million with the support of other businesses. Sky said it will also support the initiatives with its consumer knowledge and entrepreneurial experience.
