Skyworks names Griffin as board chairman

Skyworks Solutions appointed president and CEO Liam K. Griffin as board chairman. Griffin succeeds David J. Aldrich who retired. Griffin will continue to serve as president and CEO of Skyworks. The board's lead independent director, Christine King, will also continue to serve in her existing role.
