Skyworks powers Netgear's 802.11ac router

Analogue semiconductor provider, Skyworks Solutions has announced that several of its systems are powering the Nighthawk X6 platform from Netgear. The device is the industry's first tri-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac router delivering speeds up to 3.2 Gbps. Skyworks is powering the two 5 GHz front-end modules, the 2.4 GHz module in addition to the radio frequency content across these bands.
