Slovak Post waits for Swan to start commercial operation

The Slovak Post is considering an acquisition of the mobile operator Swan, reports eTrend.sk. The Post will consider options for cooperating with the fourth operator once Swan starts full mobile services. In 2014, Swan and Slovak Post signed a memorandum on a possible joint venture and equity participation. A final decision on a concrete form of cooperation will be adopted only after the Swan has a quality and viable infrastructure. There are several alternatives: entry into the capital of Swan via its subsidiary Swan Mobile, or the Post will offer its retail chain and brand for a fee. The
