Telekom Slovenije and Si.mobil together cover of 87 percent of the territory of Slovenia with their LTE networks, while Telemach covers 70 percent, according to a report by Slovenia's Agency for Communications Networks and Services (Akos). Both Telekom Slovenije and Si.mobil cover 97 percent of the population, a figure that drops to 90 percent for Telemach.
In terms of the 3G/UMTS technology, Si.mobil covers 88 percent of the territory and 96 percent of the population; Telekom Slovenije covers 79 percent and 96 percent; Telemach covers 93 percent and 99 percent; while T-2 covers 33 percent and 59 percent, respectively.
Finally, for 2G/GSM technology, Si.mobil covers 93 percent of the territory and 99 percent of the population; Telekom Slovenije covers 96 percent and 99 percent; while Telemach covers 73 percent and 86 percent, respectively.
