Slovenian court rejects Sky Net appeal against Telekom Slovenije

The Ljubljana Higher Court has rejected an appeal by Sky Net against a decision of the court of first instance regarding the issued orders for the construction of 414 base stations and orders for obtaining the documentation for 434 base stations. The court also ruled that Sky Net is obligated to reimburse Telekom Slovenije, for legal costs of EUR 39,611 and the costs of the appeal procedure in the amount of EUR 5,480.
