SLT revenue, profit jump 14% in Q1 boosted by FTTH, 4G LTE, mobile broadband services

Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) Group posted first-quarter profit of LKR 2.1 billion, which represents an increase of 14.3 percent year-on-year. Group revenue went up 14 percent to LKR 24.7 billion for the period, boosted by the growth in revenues from FTTH, 4G LTE, mobile broadband services, as well as PeoTV and carrier domestic services.
