Smart Africa Alliance, Inmarsat develop digital blueprint

Inmarsat, in conjunction with the Rwandan government has launched a series of digital service projects across the capital, Kigali, to develop a smart city blueprint for Africa. Inmarsat also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Youth and ICT. The objective of the MoU is to develop a number of key ICT projects aligned with the Rwandan national ICT strategy.
