Smart launches HSPA+ dongle

Philippine wireless operator Smart Communications has launched a HSPA+ dongle called 'Smart Bro Rocket'. The Rocket can deliver broadband at speeds of up to 12 Mbps via Smart's HSPA+ network that covers certain areas in metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao. The Rocket is priced at PHP 3,995, the Manila Times writes.
