Tuesday 12 March 2019 | 11:38 CET | News
PLDT's mobile unit Smart Communications has signed a MoU with Nokia to pilot the deployment of 5G wireless broadband services in schools. PLDT, Smart and Nokia will collaborate in identifying real world and enterprise-led 5G standalone (5G SA) services, such as artificial intelligence, drones, and IoT applications, for use in schools, colleges and universities. The MoU also covers the deployment of 5G handsets and applications.
