SmartAngels attracts eight new investors

French start-up investor SmartAngels, a fund created two years ago and backed by telecom entrepreneurs Xavier Niel, Marc Simoncini and Jacques-Antoine Granjon has raised EUR 1 million from its founders and eight new business angels, Les Echos reports. They include the XAnge fund, Allocine founder Jean-David Blanc, FaberNovel's Stephane Distinguin and PriceMinister's Olivier Mathiot. The new backers have a minority share, combined.
