German operator Smartmobil announced the start of the second phase of its marketing campaign starring footballer Lukas Podolski. First run in January, the campaign shows Podolski recommending to two young fans switching to Smartmobil in order to avoid running out of data to stream mobile videos. The new spot was shot in Cologne on the roof of the sports museum and is running now on TV and social media channels. It promotes the Smartmobil LTE starter plan at EUR 9.99 per month for 2 GB per month in the first year.
