Sofia Digital provides DVB head-end for Malaysia's switch to digital TV services

Sofia Digital has announced it is providing its DVB headend technology to support Malaysia's analogue switch-off and transition to digital television services. The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has announced a complete switchover from analogue to digital TV on 31 October this year. The Malaysian Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) platform is branded as myFreeview Digital Broadcast.
