SoftBank buys 23% stake in Axiata Digital Advertising for USD 60 mln

SoftBank has announced a capital and business alliance with Axiata Digital Advertising (ADA). Malaysia-based data and AI company ADA currently offers integrated digital marketing services in nine Asian countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and South Korea. ADA is a member company of Axiata Group. Under the terms of the agreement, SoftBank will invest around USD 60 million for a 23.1 percent stake in ADA.
