SoftBank establishes Korean growth fund for startups

SoftBank Group has established the 'Growth Acceleration Fund' and completed its first closing with committed capital of KRW 317.38 billion (approximately USD 269 million). SoftBank Ventures Asia, an overseas subsidiary of SoftBank Group, works as a general partner for the Fund. The Fund will invest in early stage startups globally with a particular focus on Asia.
