SoftBank, Kony to launch app development service in Japan

Japanese communications provider SoftBank will work with US-based mobile applications developer Kony to launch an app development service in Japan, the Nikkei reports. The service will provide tools to help develop and manage mobile applications and apps built through the platform will ensure compatibility with different screen sizes and operating systems. SoftBank will charge a monthly fee for the use of the service.
