SoftBank Mobile picks JDSU's xSight platform

JDSU announced that SoftBank Mobile (SBM), a mobile communications service provider based in Japan, has selected the JDSU xSIGHT Customer Experience Assurance platform to optimise the scale and quality of experience (QoE) of its LTE services, and offer a differentiated customer experience. JDSU's xSight is a customer experience assurance platform that uses technology to identify, prioritise and resolve customer-impacting issues.
