Somali regulator orders unlicensed communication providers to apply for licence by 31 August

The Somali National Communications Authority (NCA) has called on unlicensed providers in the information and communications sector to apply for licences by 31 August. The NCA has a mandate to regulate the Communications sector including telecommunications, internet, broadcasting, Information and Communications Technology, and e-commerce.
