Sony brings Boku direct carrier billing to European markets

Sony Entertainment Network has confirmed a number of agreements with European operators to enable direct carrier billing for their gaming portals and consoles via mobile payment specialist Boku. Deals have been reached with Mobistar in Belgium, Swisscom in Switzerland, Bouygues Telecom in France, and Vodafone and Movistar in Spain. Subscribers in those countries can now top up their account wallet using the Boku payments platform via web, mobile web, PS3 and PS4. Sony customers simply need to select 'mobile' as the payment option, enter their mobile phone number, and respond via SMS to
