Sony Music signs African music promotion deal with WatsUp TV

Ghana-based Pan-African entertainment television channel, WatsUp TV, has signed a deal with Sony Music to promote Ghanaian and other African artistes and their works to new audiences. CEO ABD Traore said that this will give a big push to WatsUp TV's efforts over the years to promote and distribute Pan-African music on the continent and beyond. WatsUp TV is a 24-hour digital entertainment television channel aimed at the Pan-African bi-lingual community and also airs on various television channels in Africa.
