Sopra Steria suspends guidance for 2020, cancels 2019 dividend due to Covid-19

IT services group Sopra Steria is suspending the 2020 financial guidance published in February due to ongoing uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The company has also announced that its board of directors has chosen to withdraw the earlier proposal of a EUR 2.40 per share dividend for the 2019 financial year. An update on the impact of the current crisis will be released on 24 April, when Sopra Steria will publish its first-quarter revenue performance.
