Sosh starts buying second-hand phones

Friday 4 May 2012 | 09:09 CET | News
Orange France's web-only, youth-oriented mobile service Sosh has started allowing internet users to sell their old mobile phones at its website. Users are asked to input their phone model, how well its working and its state of wear. They send it to Sosh through the postal service free of charge. After the operator checks that the description is accurate, payment is sent within 10 days. While at the website, customers can choose a financing deal to buy a new phone or can select a reconditioned handset instead. Sosh had been selling reconditioned handsets since the middle of March.
