SpaceX launches, recovers third reused Falcon 9 rocket

SpaceX successfully launched and recovered its third reused Falcon 9 rocket on 12 October, writes TechCrunch.com. This is its 15th rocket launch in 2017 and its 18th successful landing of a Falcon 9 first stage. The rocket was launched from Kennedy Space Center in Florida to put onto orbit the EchoStar 105/ SES-11 satellite. The rocket used on this flight included a first stage that was previously used for a Space Station resupply mission in February. SpaceX later recovered it and restored it. The company also recovered the first stage yet again, which enables it to have a third try to fly
