Spanish regulator CMT has completed the glide path for mobile termination rates. The glide path, which included rate cuts every six months starting in April 2012 until July this year, has now reached the target rate. Mobile termination rates for the three main mobile operators Movistar, Vodafone Spain and Orange Spain have been cut by nearly 75 percent, from 4 eurocents per minute to 1.09 eurocents per minute. MTRs in the Yoigo network have been reduced by 80 percent, from 4.98 eurocents to 1.09 eurocents per minute.
