Spain's Red.es appoints three new board members

Spain's internet and ICT development agency Red.es has appointed three new members of its board of directors following last month's appointment of Jose Manuel Leceta as its new director. Starting 05 January, Alejandro Tosina will take over as the agency's new Digital Economy director, replacing Jorge Perez, who in turn becomes director of the national observatory for telecommunications and the information society (ONTSI). In addition, Luis Palomo has been appointed administration and finance director.
