Spaniards watched an average of 5 days of TV in May – study

Spanish viewers spent an average of five days (119 hours) watching TV in May, according to the latest study by Kantar Media for Barlovento Comunicacion. In terms of age ranges, retired people spent an average of seven days in front of a TV screen, followed by single adults (6.5 days), adult couples without children (6 days) and couple with young children (3.7 days). Valencia was the region with the highest daily consumption, while viewers in the Canary Islands spent the least time watching TV.
