Spanish complaints rise in fixed broadband, fall in mobile

Around 16 percent of Spanish users filed a complaint about their fixed broadband service in the second half of 2015, compared to just over 9 percent of mobile users, according to a report from communications regulator CNMC. Nearly half of the complaints were about bill-related matters, said the report. The proportion of consumers who were dissatisfied with their fixed broadband service also increased in the second half of the year, rising to 18.4 percent, compared to 10.6 percent of mobile users.
