Spark Finance secures loans from Westpac, ANZ Bank

Spark Finance, a subsidiary of Spark New Zealand that carries out the borrowing activities for the Spark New Zealand group, has established two new committed revolving bank facilities. These include a NZD 75 million committed revolving facility with Westpac New Zealand; and a NZD 75 million committed revolving facility with ANZ Bank New Zealand.
