Sparkle introduces Lithium-ion UPS technology in Istanbul Data Center

Sparkle adopted energy efficient Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery technology for uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs) in its Istanbul Data Center, making it the most environmental-friendly in Turkey. Sparkle Istanbul Data Center is the first in the country to use Li-ion batteries, offering unique benefits both in terms of sustainability and in terms of space available for its customers, who can expand their collocated servers.
