Spie names Verstraeten to lead ICT division

Belgian network services provider Spie announced the appointment of Guy Verstraeten as head of its ICS division, active in ICT and digital transformation services. He replaces Bruno Borremans, who led the division for two years and is leaving the company for a new career move.
