Spirit sells consumer assets to DGtek for AUD 5.1 million

Australia's Spirit Technology Solutions has entered into a binding agreement for the sale of its non-core consumer residential internet business with Melbourne-based broadband and telecommunications provider DGtek for a transaction value of AUD 5.1 million. Under the terms of the deal, DGtek will acquire the consumer business including the customer base and relevant infrastructure assets.
